  1. Returns Eligibility
    • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    • Custom or made-to-order furniture is non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items
    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
    • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
  3. Refunds
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
  4. Exchanges
    • Exchanges may be offered for eligible items. Please contact us to make arrangements.
  5. Final Sale Items
    • Clearance items, showroom/floor models, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
